Yes. We advise all our patients to see their dentist for regular checks during their orthodontic treatment. Your dentist will look at different things and use different equipment. They will pick up problems like tooth decay and gum disease much earlier that we can.
Your dentist will advise you how often they need to see you for checks. Some people with specific problems need to be seen more often than others.
